Requirements and Policies
All pets are required to be current on all vaccinations dictated by Comal County. Dogs are required to be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella* vaccinations. All vaccinations must be updated at least 7 days prior to their stay with us.
*Bordetella vaccinations are required every 6 months.
Drop Off and Pick Up Times
- 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Mon – Thurs)
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Mon – Thurs)
- 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Friday)
- 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (Saturday)
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Saturday)
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Sunday)
We are happy to accommodate you if possible during off hours. There will be a charge of $25. Notice of early pickup /drop off must be made at the time of reservations. Emergency drop off/pick up will be considered. Charges begin the day of drop off regardless of time. Pick-ups during morning hours will not be charged for that day. Pick-ups after morning hours will be charged $20.
Reservations are Required
A 50% deposit is required at the time of a reservation. Payment is made in full at time of pickup. A 100% deposit is required for all HOLIDAY reservations. Deposit is refundable with a 48-hour notice of cancellation EXCEPT for holiday reservations. A full 30-day notice is REQUIRED for cancellation of holiday reservations or no refund will be issued. A decrease in the number of days needed also requires a 48-hour notice for regular boarding and a full 30 days for holiday boarding or you will be charged for those days. There is a 3 night stay minimum on holiday stays.
HOLIDAYS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, SPRING BREAKS, AND ALL 3 DAY WEEKENDS.
